PTS Advance, working with a leading O&G client, is seeking a Project Training Deployment Specialist for a short-term assignment in Houston, TX. 
• The Project Training Deployment Specialist is responsible to support program-level training activities for the ERP Transformation Project. This role will focus on planning, implementing and executing training deployment activities across all workstreams and present key/complex information to a variety of audiences within the organization.

Responsibilities May Include
• Manage course creation, publishing content and testing content in SAP SuccessFactors
• Schedule training (computer-based training and instructor-led training), record attendance and manage reporting.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of Learning course deployment plans
• Manage facilitators for Learning courses
• Prepare facilitators for delivery of Learning courses
• Provide oversight of Learning deployment administration activities
• Manage and maintain the training materials for trainers/end users' access on Business Portal and LMS
• Build and maintain close working relationships with Learning deployment administration contacts
• Learning on-site support (as required) along with understanding of Webex or additional tools used to conduct virtual trainings
• Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver training programs
• Monitor, evaluate and record training completion and training effectiveness
• Plan, oversee and support Train-the-Trainer and User Training sessions
• Work with onshore and offshore Training resources to identify scheduling needs

Position Requirements
• SAP SuccessFactors Experience in scheduling training
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• Strong Excel skills with ability to compile data and present data in an organized fashion
• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated relationship management and ability to influence others
• Customer-focused mindset
• Oral and written communication skills

• 3 or more years of relevant training experience
• Prior project management experience
• Prior training deployment experience for large scale projects
• Demonstrated experience in delivering learning programs for technical and soft skills
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Organizational development expertise and well-rounded knowledge of learning applications and
authoring tools
• Performs work with a high degree of latitude, handles complex issues
• Ability to develop and mentor others
• Problem-solving and planning
• Ability to develop beneficial relationships and networks to achieve results
