Construction Admin

PTS is currently looking for a Construction Admin for an upcoming project in Wynnewood, OK.
This person will be responsible for:
  • Key in Labor, Equipment & third party commitments in excel
  • Complete timesheet entries that comply with contract terms
  • Submit labor timesheets to the Payroll Department
  • Submit equipment timesheets to the  Division
  • Process makeup and layoff checks
  • Order materials & provide Purchase Orders to Vendors
  • Sort, scan and file timesheets, Purchase Orders and Receivers
  • Code, approve and log third party invoices
  • Process new hire paperwork
  • Conduct weekly job audits
  • Timekeeping experience required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
