NetSuite Administrator
Our client is a dynamic and growing national provider of traffic control services, products, rentals and engineering services.
They are looking for a NetSuite Administrator for the development, integration, operation and updates/maintenance of company’s NetSuite eco-system to ensure that correct and effective processes are implemented. Consistently work to improve performance and drive standardization while testing and deploying solutions using NetSuite standard tools based in their corporate headquarters in Signal Hill, CA
This person will also be responsible for:
  • Maintain and enhance the NetSuite application for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience across the entire end-to-end flow
  • Manage and maintain proper system access and role definitions
  • Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPI’s and dashboards.
  • Develop, test and deploy customized fields, forms, scripts, workflows, custom records and user roles to meet business requirements
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business processes centered on the NetSuite platform
  • Strong knowledge in various business processes as they relate to accounting, finance, sales, order processing, and inventory management
  • Experience understanding requirements from multiple business units and managing them into well-defined development and/or configuration deliverables
  • Provide training on Ad hoc reporting support work for the Accounting/Finance/Marketing/Operations teams
  • Compile, prepare and update technical procedure manuals
  • Support NetSuite integration projects and play a key role in the successful development implementation, and ongoing support of NetSuite platform
  • Collaborate with IT team to deliver and maintain company’s business systems ecosystem
  • Create and maintain project plans inclusive of communication plan, schedule, and budget
  • Help define business and functional requirements for ongoing system development
  • Map business requirements to NetSuite features and functionality in partnership with the NetSuite Administrator
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain communication throughout the course of the project
  • Complete escalated projects as assigned by Manager/Director
  • Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, third party tools / applications and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs
  • Advise on best practices and how they correlate to company workflow in relation to multiple orgs such that we meet the proper blend of user business functionality and adherence to compliance
Required Experience & Skills:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Netsuite administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments
  • Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports and dashboards
  • Must have strong understanding of business processes and requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to research, expand knowledge and increase skill set
  • Maintains autonomy and is able to operate with minimal supervision
  • Project management, system implementation and system integration experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain a positive work attitude
  • Basic Data Analysis with Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)

Preferred Experience:
  • BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
